Chiram Strategic Restaurants Limited is the main holding company for the restaurants and food logistic business of the Chiram Strategic Group. Established in 1990, Chiram Strategic Restaurants holds 9 restaurants and 4 food logistics division. The 7 restaurants & 2 new restaurants opening in early 2007. The Food Logistics business includes Dial-A-Dinner, Soho Delivery, Ring A Dinner and Deliverance with over 140 participating restaurants.

Equip Asia Limited

Chiram Strategic Group's trading division operates under Equip Asia with 6 divisions in total. The foremost, Equip Asia, is one of Asia/Pacific's largest hotel & restaurant supplies and wholesale to retail company. Equip Asia has offices in Hong Kong and Singapore and a franchised network of offices in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. Equip Asia distributes products like chinaware, glassware, cutlery/flatware, hollow ware, kitchen utensils, bar utensils, service and production uniforms, trolleys, buffet ware, buffet fuel and a full selection of Operating Equipment and Operating Supplies. Equip Asia also operates Pacific Rim Trading specialising in linens and fabrics for hotels, Hostech Asia Limited specialising in POS, Bartech mini-bar, safes, spa system and hotel door locks systems for hospitality, Restaurant Management Consultants providing consultancy and advisory services, Pure Spa Asia Limited specialising in Spa equipment, and Azian-i Limited overseeing the tableware export business.
