restaurant industry was beginning to boom. Consulting on F&B at various hotels and
restaurants, RMC rapidly became one of the leading

Since 1981 in the site of Dv8 as the Prince of Wales Pub,
owned and operated by Leela Panikar. In 1998, Mrs Panikar
sold her interests in Prince of Wales to the Chiram
Strategic Group. The Prince of Wales continued to run as a
traditional English Pub, but was converted to a modern
drinking and party venue in September 2001. Dv8 (deviate),
with its indoor and outdoor sections, lighting and dance
floor, DJ booth, and large bar, lighting and wall finishes,
and large drop down screens, create a new venue for Hong
Kong's parties.


Increasing our presence in the South-Side of the Island, Bayside Brasserie was opened in March 2002 as the group's restaurant in Stanley.
