Bobby Chinn's Gourmet Creations at Saigon

Saigon at Stanley is featuring a dinner menu and specials of Bobby Chinn - Famous Restaurateur, writer of Wild, Wild East & popular Discovery Channel's World Cafe Asia presenter. The renowned dishes include: Red Grapes Rolled in Goat Cheese, Kasu Sea Bass and Monkfish Tail Simmered in Caramel Sauce. The 5-Course Set Dinner is priced at HK$498 with a glass of wine (HK$50 will be donated to Heep Hong Society). Bobby Chinn's menu and specials are available until 31 July 2008.
